I get asked this a lot. How do I get unstuck? How to I change a pattern of behavior, or get out of a rut, or stop a bad habit or start a good habit? How do I change what I don’t like in my life? How do I set goals? Even more so, how do I reach the goals I have set?
There are a lot of different answers to these types of questions, but there is a pretty simple formula that will get you going in the right direction:
thoughts = feelings
feelings = actions
actions = results
You’ve probably heard it a millions times before but thoughts- legit, are things. Everything we do and feel and don’t do is because of what we think. If you can control what you think and how you think, you can control your world.
Sure- things happen that we can’t control, that won’t change, but how to think, feel and react to those things are going to be what makes or breaks you. Once you realize that you can change literally everything in your life by merely changing your thoughts- you’ve just uncovered the secret sauce to getting anything you want out of life.

You probably have thoughts every day you didn’t even know you were having. Since we have over 60,000 thoughts a day…. I’m sure like most people you are running on autopilot.
